- 100 ml cream
- 200 ml whole milk
- 250 ml hot coffee
- 1 tbsp cacao spice mix
- 3 tbsp caramel sauce
- 2 tsp hazelnut brittle
Place the cream in the ZWILLING ENFINIGY milk frother, put the lid on and whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks using the cold milk froth programme. As soon as the cream forms soft peaks, finish whisking by hand. Remove the cream, set aside and clean the container.
Pour the milk and 1 tbsp caramel sauce into the container, put the lid on, and select and start the programme for warm milk froth.
Stir the cacao spice mix into the hot coffee and pour into two glasses, e.g. ZWILLING Sorrento Latte macchiato. Spread the caramel foam on top, dollop the cream on decoratively and decorate with the remaining caramel sauce and the hazelnut brittle. Serve immediately.
