Since the aluminium core sandwich base is such an excellent heat conductor, you don't need to wait for the water to boil before adding your ingredients. The base then distributes this heat evenly across the pot. This ZWILLING TWIN Classic cooking pot has a diameter of 24 cm and a capacity of 7 litres. You can also purchase cooking pots of different sizes, as well as a number of saucepans and stewing pots from the same range. They are all made from premium, easy-care steel with a satinised surface that keeps them looking great for longer. The handles remain comfortably cool during cooking and are ergonomically shaped so that even the heaviest of dishes can be carried with ease.
