This begins with the materials, which use especially high-quality stainless steel and excellent workmanship for the ZWILLING Pro series slicer. Its working parts are firmly cemented to create an extremely solid and durable cheese slicer. Because the steel is partially matte, this results in an intriguing contrast of shiny and matte surfaces. The slicer remains an attractive eye-catcher even when simply hanging from a kitchen rail. The loop integrated into the handle is sized to easily fit a wide range of hook sizes. The handle also sits perfectly in your hand thanks to its ergonomic design. The kitchen gadget’s slicers are especially sharp to not only perfectly slice cheese, but chocolate too. But whatever you use the slicer for, once you’re done, it can simply be cleaned in the dishwasher.
