The wok is so heat-resistant, it is suitable for use in ovens up to 200°C and you can even deep-fry with it. The stainless steel grill available as an accessory is ideal for keeping foods such as perfectly deep-fried or cooked delicacies warm. And the snug-fitting glass lid offers a superb view of whatever you have bubbling in the wok.
