Description
This 32 cm wok from the ZWILLING Plus series is ideal for light dishes. Even beginner cooks will succeed in making Asian delicacies as perfect as the professionals. The ceramic non-stick coating is extremely scratch-resistant. The three-layer base, which consists of a high-quality aluminium core between two layers of stainless steel, ensures ideal heat distribution and retention. Crispy vegetables, Asian cuisine delicacies, with or without meat, are cooked quickly and energy-efficiently in the ZWILLING wok. The snug-fitting glass lid with integrated silicone seal also allows food to cook in its own juices or with minimal added water. And another advantage: Keep an eye on your food at all times, thanks to the transparent glass lid! The robust wok is suitable for all types of hob, including induction, and can conveniently be put in the dishwasher after use. The included stainless steel grill can be used as a warming surface, such as for seafood that has already been cooked.
