Description

Optimum heat conduction, perfect heat retention. This is ensured by the strong aluminium core inside the base of the practical ZWILLING Madura Plus frying pan. Measuring 20 cm, it is ideal for preparing smaller portions, such as fried eggs or omelettes, for cosy Sunday breakfasts. Naturally, the pan is also the right choice if you want to fry meat or fish or a few potatoes. Thanks to its rapid heat conduction and long retention time, the "small" Madura Plus is excellently suited to achieving those roasted flavours. The extremely abrasion-resistant non-stick coating also ensures that food doesn't stick to the base or even burn when frying, and that the pan still looks great even after frequent use. It is suitable for energy-efficient use on all types of hob and is optimised for induction hobs. Allowing you to fry and cook safely, the ergonomically designed handle is equipped with the stay-cool feature, so that it always remains pleasantly cool.
