The Chinese chef's knife from the ZWILLING Gourmet series is a practical and versatile helper in the kitchen. Vegetables and different types of meat can be cut easily. To ensure optimum stability, the FRIODUR® ice-hardened blade is also made from a single piece of high-quality steel. With the large blade surface, the finely chopped ingredients can be easily transported into the cookware. So that the flexible and corrosion-resistant blade has the necessary sharpness at all times, a knife sharpener come with this knife it is ideally matched to the steel of the versatile kitchen knife. With the light Chinese chef's knife from the ZWILLING Gourmet series, you can skilfully cut the ingredients for your delicious dishes.
