The handy FRESH & SAVE Vacuum Pump (sold separately: item 36801-000-0) extracts the air out of the glass container at the touch of a button and safely preserves aromas and vitamins. Your meals and food stay fresh up to five times longer compared to conventional non-vacuum storage methods.
This means the glass container is not only suitable for the freezer but also heat resistant up to 180°C, making it perfect for preparing meal servings for the oven. Simply vacuum seal leftovers, store in the fridge and then heat up in the microwave or oven days later.
Link the container using the QR code on the BPA-free plastic lid and track your stores via the ZWILLING Culinary World App. Keep an overview of everything you have at home at all times wherever you are. Vacuum seal, refrigerate and reheat: From now on you only need the one container.

Culinary World App
A QR code links your stored food to the ZWILLING Culinary World App, providing a clear overview and creating order in your fridge and freezer. The app will remind you when the shelf life of your food is about to expire. This saves you time and money.
