Additional ice-hardening gives them their final finish, making them especially durable and corrosion-resistant and ensuring they retain their cutting edge.
In addition to the classically designed beech wood knife block, the set includes a paring knife, a utility knife, a chef's knife, a bread knife, a carving knife and multi-purpose shears. Blunt blades are easily sharpened with the sharpening steel, which is also included.
Ergonomically designed solid plastic handles on each knife ensure precise and optimum handling whatever the task. This further helped by the flowing transition between the bolster and handle.
