Description

Anyone who appreciates eating steak from the barbeque will love them from the STAUB grill pan. The cast iron cookware in elegant graphite grey provides the very best conditions for providing meat with the typical barbequed roasting aromas and precisely cooked to bleu, rare, medium or well done. Fish, poultry and vegetables can also be cooked and served barbecue-style. The "grill structure" on the square pan's black enamelled interior creates the characteristic pattern and allows excess fat to be removed. Or the juices can be collected and combined with a few other ingredients and transformed into a wonderful steak sauce. Measuring 30 cm x 30 cm, the cast iron grill pan can accommodate enough food to leave your family or starving guests feeling full and satisfied. It is suitable for use on all hobs, including induction, and even in the oven, such as for gratinating a dish. Simply rinse with clean water after use and wipe with a cloth. The cast iron grill pan is ready for its next use on the stove.
