The round, cherry-red grill pan from STAUB is ideal for frying, cooking and serving delicious grilled dishes. The grill pan measures 30 cm in diameter, room enough for meat, fish and vegetable portions. Its vivid cherry red will add a dash of colour to any kitchen or dining table. The attractive form will match any kitchen style from country-style through to sleek modern. Two narrow handles ensure the pan is easy to move around. It is suitable for all cooker types. To finish cooking or to keep food warm, you can simply place the grill pan in an oven. The pan's ridged base gives food the grilled look and taste which is achieved by meat and vegetables touching only the ridges. The cast iron pan has a special matt black enamelled interior to bring out the natural flavour of foods. The pan's ability to do this increases with each usage. Cast iron is especially effective at retaining heat which it then evenly disperses to the food being grilled.
