Description

The casserole dish with lid from the Atlantis range is especially versatile and efficient, and therefore a welcome utensil even for demanding professional cooks. The all rounder has a 8.4 l capacity, and a 28 cm diameter for preparing larger portions. Its flat form also makes it ideal for the quick frying of chunks of meat. The special TriplInduc® technology provides a high level of efficiency when used on induction hobs while also being suited to any other hob type. The pan also features a cast handle, which remains comfortably cool during cooking, and a Silvinox® finish. The electrochemically treated stainless steel ensures it retains its silver-white sheen over the long term and allows easy hygienic cleaning. Seven layers combine in the InductoSeal® base which provides excellent heat transfer on any type of cooker. When used at low temperatures, the range's casserole dishes pots will impress with fast preparation times to give energy savings. The casserole dish with lid from DEMEYERE is ideal for making Sunday roasts or other gently cooked meals, as well for sautéing vegetables.
