Description

The stew pot with lid from the Atlantis range is a great all-rounder for your kitchen. Due to its flat shape it is ideal for braising or roasting meat as well as for stewing vegetables. Measuring 18 cm and holding 5.5 litres, this casserole dish is perfect for cooking larger quantities with ease. The stew pot is made of 18/10 stainless steel and its 7-ply InductoSeal base features a copper middle layer ensuring optimum heat distribution. The 7-ply material distributes the heat across the entire surface up to the rim saving you time and energy. Thanks to TriplInduc® technology, the stew pot can be used on induction hobs and all other types of cookers and you can easily switch between different types of heat sources on the fly. This feature is particularly practical for dishes that need to be seared on the hob and stewed in the oven afterwards. Furthermore, this technology prevents the base from deforming. The stew pot’s surface has been refined using Silvinox®. This enhances the surface and retains its silvery white colour even after frequent use. Cleaning is easy too. The cast handles only warm up slightly. Create delicious dishes with ease using this DEMEYERE stew pot.
