Description
DEMEYERE Alu Pro grill pan with reinforced non-stick coating, 28cm x 28cm dimension. Versatile grill pan for the healthy, low-fat grilling of meat, fish and vegetables. Features pouring spouts to drain excess liquids. Aluminium construction is lightweight and strong, and the thick, stainless steel reinforced base is super-efficient on induction, giving a strong, flat base for maximum contact. The aluminium reacts quickly to changes in heat or power, giving excellent control over the cooking process. The TriplInduc base, which is a unique combination of three alloys, gives up to 30% more efficiency on induction compared to standard bases, meaning fast heat up times and frugal energy use. The 18/10 stainless steel handle stays relatively cool when cooking on induction and electric hobs.
