The highlight of the pan is the patented* THERMOTION hot-cold indicator. It shows you how the heat is developing in the cookware. When it is hot, the indicator rises and helps you find the perfect cooking temperature for your food. You also know sooner, when you can turn down the heat, to save energy. When the pan is cold again, the indicator falls and you can easily clean it with a sponge.
Just as innovative is the bi-metal base with patented** Radiant Induction technology. It ensures very good thermal conductivity and is suitable for induction.
