The special thing about the THERMOTION indicator: when the pan is hot, it rises. So you can find the perfect cooking temperature more easily and also reduce the heat sooner — which saves a lot of energy. When the universal pan cools after use, the THERMOTION indicator falls again. You can now safely touch and wash up the skillet.


The right non-stick coating is also the basis for the perfect frying results. The BALLARINI Vipiteno skillet made from aluminium has a four-layered Nerolite non-stick coating, that reduces burning. At the same time it is durable and scratch-resistant.

The pan base also help your when preparing delicate dishes. Thanks to the patented** Radiant Induction technology with the stainless steel disc, the base heats quickly and the heat is evenly distributed. Thanks to the ergonomic plastic handle the pan is always comfortable and cool to hold.

The aluminium pan is suitable for induction and is 24cm in diameter. It is ideal for preparing meat, fish and vegetable dishes for two to three people.
