Description

With the pastry scraper from BALLARINI, you will feel like a chef in a real Italian “pasticceria”. The 28.5 cm long kitchen gadget from our Rosso range effortlessly smooths out batter, creams or fillings – this makes it ideal for delicious cakes or desserts like tiramisu. And it goes without saying that the spatula can also remove the last bits of batter from your bowl, as the flexible, high quality silicone material adapts perfectly to any shape.   The silicone is also food safe and heat resistant up to 230 °C. It is not suitable for use in the oven itself or in the microwave, however. And when the job is done? Then cleaning the spatula is truly “semplice”. After all, the pastry scraper is dishwasher safe. Its ergonomic handle sits comfortably and does not slip in the hand.   Both the quality and the appearance promise great things: The design was developed by Milan-based studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez. The red pastry scraper thus also makes the perfect decorative element on your kitchen rail thanks to the practical hanging hole on the end of the handle.
