- 1 pear
- 600 ml oat milk
- 200 g porridge oats
- 2 tsp Kakaokuss Just Spices
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp walnut kernels
Wash, quarter and core the pear. Grate half of the pear into the ZWILLING Z-Cut Multi Grater’s collection container using the coarse grater.
Heat the oat milk in a small saucepan. Stir in the oats, Kakaokuss spice mix and maple syrup and simmer for 2-3 minutes over a medium heat.
Stir in the grated pear and leave the porridge to swell over a low heat for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, insert the slicer insert into the Multi Grater and slice the remaining pear quarters into the collection container. Coarsely chop the walnut kernels.
Serve the porridge into bowls, e.g. the ZWILLING Sorrento dessert bowl, decorate with pear slices and walnuts and serve immediately.
For a nuttier taste, replace the oat milk with almond milk.
