Beschrijving

Het is tijd voor een nieuwe kleur in je keuken! De kleur Eucalyptus van deze serie is fris en bijzonder, maar toch onopvallend en past bij vele decoratiestijlen. Met een inhoud van 3,8 liter en een diameter van 24 cm is deze ronde Cocotte het perfecte formaat om met het hele gezin te koken of voor het hoofdgerecht van je etentje. Ook geschikt voor het bakken van brood, waardoor een prachtig rond brood ontstaat.

Het hoogwaardige gietijzeren materiaal verdeelt de warmte gelijkmatig en houdt deze lang vast, terwijl het goed sluitende deksel met de speciale STAUB aroma-regenstructuur ervoor zorgt dat al het verdampende vocht terug op het voedsel druppelt, wat resulteert in sappig vlees en malse groenten. die nog steeds hun natuurlijke smaak hebben. Verbeter deze smaak door verse kruiden te gebruiken.

Veel mediterrane kruiden zoals salie, laurier en tijm kunnen aan het begin van het kookproces aan de Cocotte worden toegevoegd, zodat ze voldoende tijd hebben om het voedsel van hun geur te voorzien. De Cocotte kan op elk soort kookplaat en in de oven worden gebruikt. Probeer een varkenshaasje op de kookplaat dicht te schroeien en vervolgens in de oven te braden. Met een korstje olijfolie, knoflook, salie en rozemarijn voelt deze maaltijd als een kleine vakantie naar Zuid-Frankrijk.

De Cocotte kan gebruikt worden van -20°C tot 250°C, maar dient langzaam opgewarmd te worden. Wees voorzichtig: gebruik ovenwanten en een onderzetter, want de Cocotte wordt erg heet. Gebruik keukengadgets van hout of siliconen om krassen te voorkomen.
