Not worth the cost if you run into problems
I bought this set because all my kitchenware are from Zwilling and I like their product, it's normally well made and made to last. The mills have a decent weight since its made of thick glass, and the salt and pepper that came out was a good size for seasoning.
Unfortunately this set didn't last me 1 month... one evening I went to use the pepper mill and when I picked it up the head piece broke off and the bottom came crashing down onto the glass stovetop chipping off a big piece of my stovetop(which I also had to get fixed). I tried to secure the head back to the bottom but it couldn't be tighten and was always wobbly and uneven, it must of been a manufacturing issue since I had no problem with the other one.
The worse part is I wanted to have it exchanged for a new one because I wanted to keep the set but Zwilling customer service NEVER replied to any of my emails or voicemails. I called and emailed several times but never heard from a representative, seems like their customer service department has disappeared. So I ended up returning the set and buying a set from Le Creuset instead.

Useless doesn't do the job
The grinders are plastic and are slipping even when new. Very poor quality, so disappointing for a Zwilling Product. Waste of money. Would give it 0 stars if possible.

DO NOT BUY/TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought these three months ago. Was holding it when the lid separated in two suddenly. The pepper mill smashed on the floor. There was no contact with anything to make it happen. First email from their customer service was that I was negligent in how I held their product. Then I was told it was caused by an accident in their second response. The company will not cover their lids which in other reviews people have had the same problem. I have been a long time customer of Zwilling and will never return. If this is their customer service for an item that likely costs them 5 dollars, what would it be on the more expensive items that I purchase. Not taking that chance.

Pepper Mill broke
I bought this set in July 2021. Within one month the peppermill broke. So I lost all my pepper too. It just slide on my counter and broke, not a sharp fall.
