Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality, warranty not acknowledged I purchased this set last year. I used the Chinese chef knife a couple of months ago for the first time to cut lamb shank. It was damaged (see photo). I contacted Zwilling for warranty. They said they'd look into it but I didn't hear back. I followed up this week and their response was: "after careful evaluation and assessment of the blade based on the picture it was concluded that cutting a lamb shank alone would not cause such damage to a blade" Interestingly, the other knives in the dry are ok but not even as good as cheap knives such as those sold in IKEA. Conclusion: quality is poor and you can't count on warranty (perhaps because the company knows their products have declined in quality).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Where is my order? I put in my order on March 18th! yes that's more than 33 days ago. I filled up this contact form two weeks ago because I didn't hear back about my order. I got a reply saying warehouse was contacted, then nothing. I followed up last week. NOTHING. What I DO get are tons of marketing campaign emails saying "Now you got your new knife... ....", well apparently, I have NOT. I have been polite and tried to understand that shipping might take longer in the current global situation, and everyone was doing their best. But apparently, your company is not even trying. This is unacceptable. Is this how you treat your customers, by ghosting and ignoring them? I have zero desire to use your products now. Thank you.
