ZWILLING developed its Diplôme knife series in cooperation with the professionals of the “Le Cordon Bleu” cooking school, where future top-class chefs are trained. It is seamlessly connected with the blade and, as such, provides a high hygiene standard. A classic three-rivet design ensures a stable connection.
