Proudly made in Germany, this 5-piece compact self-sharpening knife block features three essential knives housed in a space-saving block, ideal for smaller kitchens and apartment living. The set includes the all-rounder 8-inch chef’s knife, perfect for everyday kitchen tasks like chopping herbs and dicing onions, the 6-inch carving knife for slicing meat and fileting fish, and the 4-inch paring knife for smaller cutting jobs like peeling vegetables and segmenting fruit.
The self-sharpening slots with built-in honing mechanisms automatically sharpen to the perfect angle each time a knife is removed or replaced. The knives are stored in a compact, 3-slot knife block.

Combined with ZWILLING’s signature ice-hardening technique, these FRIODUR® blades are harder, sharper, they will not stain or chip, and they retain their sharpness longer.
