Imperfections worth the performance!
There are more visual imperfections than anticipated. With that said, the imperfections are all in the enamel coating and not the cast iron cooking surface. We have made many dishes that are typically tough to clean the cooking surface after. This pots cooks evenly and cleans up perfectly every time. Would buy again if the need arises!

Great Product: Horrendous Service
As new customers, we purchased with the promise of a 15% discount. At checkout, the provided promo code wasn't accepted, yet the sale went through. It was Sunday and customer service was closed, so we emailed details immediately. Monday morning, we were told it was too late to claim the discount, our attempts of contact and provision of order number and promo code notwithstanding. We consider Zwilling Canada's response to be most disingenuous and choose not to make further purchases.
