Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lifetime is short for price. My original dish was returned in a couple months because when you use it to prop the lid in the handle, as suggested, it chipped away at the enamel. I've now owned my replacement for 4 years. After about 2 years, the dimples on the underside of the lid started to crumble and now cause rust, which just causes more decay. I also recently noticed that the enamel around the outside bottom edge is chipping away. I keep my dish safely in the original packaging when not in use, using the original plastic lid stoppers. It's been a good dish, but certainly would expect more use then 2-4 years for 300 dollars. I contacted Zwilling back when the issue first started and they all for me to foot the bill to ship an extremely heavy dish across the country, only to maybe tell me it's a defect, and then pay to ship it back. No thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cast iron round henckels I bought this cast iron French oven in November 2020. I cooked beef especially curry in this pot. The meat came out so tender and juicy. I love to use this pot all the time. Also it is a beautiful addition to any kitchen.
