Handles broken, no response from customer service
I read some of the other reviews regarding the handles of these knives arriving cracked. I incorrectly assumed that as a quality company they would have read these reviews and addressed this problem. Unfortunately, my knives arrived and with the exception of one, all have cracked handles. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered and their phone number states they are having a technical problem. I'm really surprised to have this kind of experience with a company like Zwilling as I have other products from there that are ten years old and still look brand new. I would recommend you stay away from these knives unless you are looking to add some frustration to your life.

German Stainless Steel
This 17 piece German stainless steel, high quality, hand honed precision knives set is eloquent in complete professional style and design. Everytime I start my meal preparation I get excited to use these very sharp beautifully hand crafted selection of knives. They are a work of art and deliver on precision cutting edge, beyond my expectations.

Top-notch knife set
We bought a Henckels knife set when we got in our new house, we never bought other knifes since. I saw this set on-sale, I jump on it! Those knife are amazing! Good weight in hand, nicely made, nice looking and they cut like nothing else!
I recommended those knife to anyone who need lifetime knifes set you can count on!

Solid overall system
Knives came reasonably sharp from factory, fit and finish seems solid. The block has a tasteful stain applied and doesn't look out of place. Only complaint is the shears don't go into the block very snug, and allows them to rotate in the block

Fantastic knife set
I was skeptical about how great a "$900" knife set that had been reduced to $249.00 could be. Man was I wrong this had to be one of the best knife sets I've ever purchased... it has done a fantastic job chopping anything I've thrown at it.

Knife set review
I receive the knife set, they look amazing but two handle were cracked. I send 2 email to costumer service and never receive any help since. It's been a week know. Other then that the quality seem pretty good.

Great knives
These knives are lightweight, sharp and easy to use. They are a little smaller than expected, but easy to clean and store. Styling us great with the included block. Fits easily on countertop.
