Hoping the others hold up. I’ll be connecting with customer service re a replacement.

I bought this set looking for an upgrade, but it performs just as well/bad as my weathered steak knife that I haven't sharpened in a year. Either I own a really good $10 steak knife or this product is not worth the money.
