Worst Online Purchase
The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I ordered this as a gift, but what I received was a used, damaged, and dirty product full of erosions. They don’t offer pickup for returns, so I had to bring the large, heavy box to FedEx myself. Although they assured me that I would be refunded once they received the product, I haven’t been refunded even 7 days after they got the box. Now they tell me it will take 2 to 3 weeks. Despite all this trouble, they offered no compensation for the inconvenience, and I missed the opportunity to give my gift on time.

Good set at $99 but wouldn't recommend full retail
Purchased while on sale for $99 which was a great deal but out of the box I noticed a steak knife had rust spots. After submitting photos, Henckels customer service replaced the knife at no additional charge. I found knives to be prone to scratches but for the price point I got them at I'm okay with that.

Really good for the price
For the price, I'm very happy with this set. German forged steel, made in China. Set came in good condition, the steel is high quality. Very sharp. If these are sharpened regularly they should last a long time. I don't care for the steak knives, but they're more of an extra at this price point.

Almost too good!
They are really good! But be careful, my roommate cut himself while cleaning one. Personally, I LOVE the cissors, they work so well even for me as a left-handed person.
