Description
The stew pot with lid is the perfect pot for braising and stewing meat and vegetables as it is relatively flat, allowing excess liquid to quickly evaporate to cook the food gently. The dual-walled lid serves as additional insulation. The stew pot’s cast stainless steel handles are comfortable to hold allowing you to conveniently pour hot water over the rim. Measuring 16 cm, the stew pot holds up to 1.5 litres and features a particularly conductive 7-ply base with InductoSeal technology, which ensures high efficiency even on a low heat. The stew pot is suitable for use on all types of cookers. Due to TriplInduc, a combination of three alloys, it is specially optimised for use on induction hobs. In addition, it can also be used in the oven. The stainless steel pot wall has been refined with Silvinox® to facilitate hygienic and easy cleaning. Thanks to this treatment, the pot keeps its silvery-white colour even after years of use.
