INGREDIENTS

3-4 soaked Chinese mushrooms
250 g turkey breast
Maize starch
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. five-spice mixture
2 tbsp. peanut oil
2 chili peppers
2 garlic cloves
4 spring onions
1/2 tbsp. ginger
75 ml rice wine
125 ml vegetable broth
2 tbsp. Soy sauce

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, cube the turkey meat.
  2. Mix the starch, the five-spice mixture and the pepper and turn the meat within in it.
  3. Fry and season.
  4. Chop the chili and garlic, crush the spring onions and cook it all together with ginger.
  5. Thin, bind and season with the broth, sauce and wine.
