INGREDIENTS

  • Crumble
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 90 g sugar
  • Approx. 500g fruit (E.g. berries)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  •  

    HOW TO MAKE IT

    Step 1/6

    Preheat the oven to 200° C.

    Step 2/6

    For the crumble, put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Knead with a hand mixer or food processor until crumbles form.

    Step 3/6

    Clean, wash and sort the fruits. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Spread the crumble evenly over the top.

    Step 4/6

    Bake the crumble in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.

    Step 5/6

    Remove and enjoy immediately warm or leave to cool completely.

    Step 6/6

    Serve with vanilla ice cream.

    Tip

    If you like it a little nuttier, you can replace half of the flour with ground nuts.
