INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 balls (125 g each) mozzarella
  • 30 g arugula
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  •  

    HOW TO MAKE IT

    Step 1/4

    Wash the tomatoes, let them drip-dry, remove the stem, and slice the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and slice. Wash arugula and spin dry.

    Step 2/4

    Alternately layer tomato and mozzarella slices in matching FRESH & SAVE vacuum boxes like roofing tiles. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar. Spread arugula on top, place the lid on top, and vacuum.

    Step 3/4

    Chill the salad, leave to infuse briefly, and serve as needed.

    Pair with a chunky baguette or ciabatta.

    Tip

    Buffalo mozzarella makes the salad even more aromatic.
