Made in Italy, Modena Induction pans feature an ultra-thick aluminum body that heats up quickly and evenly. The patented radiant bottom technology ensures excellent performance on all stovetops, and optimal energy efficiency on induction. The ceramic infused nonstick Granitium coating is metal utensil safe, ensures quick release and easy clean up, and is made without using PFOA.
With the patented Thermopoint heat indicator red means cook, and green means clean, letting you know when your pan is hot or cool. Additional user-friendly features include mess-free pouring rims and a no-slip grip handle.
