Description
The Bologna non-stick granitium cookware features ergonomic heat insulating soft touch handles for the perfect grip for safe and easy handling. With its deep body shape it is suitable or all types of meals. The 5-layer GRANITIUM non-stick coating is also suitable for intensive use at temperatures of up to 250 °C. Thanks to the non-stick coating of the pan, you can almost completely omit with the addition of oil and fats. The heavy-duty forged pan features a stone finish, making it a stylish cookware and serve ware item. The Radiant induction base heats up quickly and evenly, especially on induction hobs, but also on all other types of stoves.

BALLARINI Bologna Granitium
It's solid! The special GRANITIUM non-stick coating consists of five layers, which mineral particles have additionally reinforced. This ensures enormous heat resistance and makes the frying pans from the BALLARINI Bologna Granitium series particularly robust. At the same time, you only need a little oil for whatever you prepare in it. The handle is ergonomically designed for easy handling, and it is insulated from heat and is resistant to temperatures up to 160°C. The pans are suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, and the fast-conducting base means that you quickly achieve the desired heat. The practical Thermopoint on the handle turns red when the frying temperature is reached and dark green when the pan cools down.
