With the ZWILLING Gourmet bread knife, you are able to cut bread into straight slices and in the desired thickness – regardless of whether it is a soft bread or firm-crusted bread variety. The bread knife’s blade has a length of 20 cm and is manufactured from a special steel formula that is additionally ice-hardened. This gives the blade a good edge-holding ability, making it flexible and corrosion-resistant. The serrated edge ensures that even fresh crusty bread loaves with a soft inside can be sliced safely and precisely. The handle of the knife consists of a light and stable plastic that, thanks to its ergonomic form, lies well in the hand. The serrated edge, the long blade and the black plastic handle with three shiny rivets also make this knife an optically appealing cutting tool. With this ZWILLING bread knife, you have a knife that allows you to portion every kind of bread safely, precisely and in line with your wishes.
