For stirring, mixing, spreading, scraping and lifting pastry, dough and other foodstuffs. It is very versatile because of the rounded and straight side and also well suited for pots and pans. The silicone scraper is temperature-resistant up to 300º C but should not remain in hot pots or containers for more than 30 minutes.
