A basic set of flatware consists of 24 pieces:

6 menu knives
6 menu spoons
6 menu forks
6 coffee spoons

A 30-piece-set also contains 6 cake forks. Additionally a wide range of practical serving pieces is available for serving or special use, e.g. dessert flatware, fish knives and fork and children’s flatware.
