Care pays off

Good kitchen gadgets don´t come cheap but will last for many years. This also goes for the stainless steel kitchen gadgets by ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS. With a minimum of care they will stay as good as new for decades and always return to a hygienically perfect condition.

The following advice should be noted:

1. Cleaning

Kitchen gadgets by ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS are easy-to-keep and need no special care of treatment. They are dishwasher-proof but cleaning them by hand directly after use is always recommended.

2. Surface

Scratches on the matted surface are unavoidable over time. However, they are easily treated and removed. Using a matted fleece (available from ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS with the article no. 30499-000) will return the surface to its matted and smooth condition. When cleaning gadgets in the dishwasher damages can be avoided by making sure that they do not come into contact with flatware, pots or crockery.

3. Keeping kitchen gadgets safe

Hanging up kitchen gadgets on a rack not only saves them from scratches. On a rack they are always handy, safe and clearly arranged.
