Parts of the non-cutting instruments are nail cleaners, nail scrapers, files, tweezers and callus rasps. They are briefly described here:

Files

Sapphire files are steel files with a coarse and a fine file surface with galvanically embedded file particles. Sapphire files come in various sizes and are also available as folding files for the handbag.
Ceramic files are made entirely of ceramic, they are very
effective and gentle. The rough side of all files is used for forming and the fine side for smoothing.
